NYPD: Man Seen Drawing Swastika In Snow Outside Manhattan Temple Arrested
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police say a man seen drawing a swastika in the snow outside a temple in Manhattan is under arrest.
The suspect was caught on camera around 8:15 a.m. on Feb. 2 in front of Temple Emanu-El on the Upper East Side.
Surveillance video shows him walk up to the door of the temple. As he leaves, he bends over and draws a swastika in the snow on the ground.
Police arrested 50-year-old Manuel Barrera on Thursday and charged him with aggravated harassment.
