Sneaker Collection By Late Designer Virgil Abloh Sets Auction Record At Sotheby's
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A sneaker collection set an auction record at Sotheby's.
Two hundred pairs of special edition Louis Vuitton and Nike Air Force 1 sneakers sold for just over $25 million.
They were designed by the late famed designer Virgil Abloh.
Proceeds from the auction will benefit his scholarship fund.
