Search Continues For 2 UES Robbery Suspects
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Police have released a surveillance image of two individuals wanted for an April 22 robbery on the Upper East Side.
Police said the two men entered 230 E. 80 St. at 1:35 p.m. on April 22, assaulted a worker and fled the scene with money and metro cards.
The first suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5-feet-10-inches and 180 pounds, wearing a dark hooded-sweatshirt with a white star on top of the hood and a skull and cross bones on the front.
The second suspect is described as a black male wearing a denim jacket, ski mask and gloves.
Investigators are asking that anyone with information in regards to the incident call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website here.
