Police: Man Caught On Video Punching Child Inside Harlem Restaurant Arrested
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police say they have arrested the man seen on video punching a child Saturday in Harlem.
Mandelo Stroman, 26, was charged Monday with assault and acting in an manner injurious to a child.
Surveillance video showed the man walk into a restaurant with a young child. He then hit the boy, knocking him to the floor.
They took off together before police arrived.
