Historic Hudson Valley's Rob Schweitzer explains it's all part of Pirates of the Hudson: The Siege of Sleepy Hollow.
"We have pirate training so you can learn to fight like a pirate," said Schweitzer.
He says the weekend-long event has something for everyone.
"Adults that love pirates or enjoy fun things, but certainly have a good time. We're going to have Captain Lawrence here as well so you can have a brew and enjoy some really good pirate music."
