NYPD Searching For Suspect In Series Of Bronx Robberies
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are on the hunt for a man who they said is targeting girls and young women in a series of holdups in the Bronx.
The NYPD released a photo of the suspect believed to be responsible for seven robberies and four attempted robberies.
According to authorities, the man pretended to have a gun or knife during each incident.
The attacks began last month when he stole a phone from a 12-year-old girl at Bronxwood Avenue and Tilden Street, CBS 2 reported.
The most recent hold up was on Sunday at East Gun Hill Road and Lurting Avenue.
