NYC Mayor Bloomberg Talks Footwear Frugality
NEW YORK (WCBS 880) - New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg confirms he has only two pairs of work shoes for the past ten years.

WCBS 880's Rich Lamb reports that His Honor says both pairs are black loafers. One pair is penny loafers. The other is loafers with a tassel.
Asked for more about his non-triple-E's, his honor quipped, "I think, for security reasons, I really cannot talk about my shoes as to whether or not I have backup."
The mayor has his loafers resoled and re-heeled and declared it's fair to say he's not the shoe industry's best customer.
