New York City Council Speaker Adrienne Adams delivers first State of the City address
NEW YORK -- New York City Council Speaker Adrienne Adams delivered her first State of the City address on Sunday.
Adams, who was elected in January, delivered the speech at York College in Queens.
The event was scheduled to be livestreamed in several languages on the City Council's website.
