NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A tiny intruder caused a big scare on the subway Thursday.

A small mouse scurried around the E train headed to Jamaica station in Queens.

Several riders shrieked as they stood on their sets.

One woman was practically hanging off the handrails while stepping up on the wall. A man then tried to corner the creature before exiting the train.
