NYPD: Man Killed In Broad Daylight East Harlem Shooting

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police say a man was fatally shot in East Harlem on Tuesday.

It happened around 11:15 a.m. at 103rd Street and Third Avenue.

Police say 26-year-old Davantay Butts was shot several times in the chest. He was taken to a local hospital, where he died.
