Mets' K-Rod Expected To Surrender
NEW YORK (AP/WFAN) — Queens District Attorney Richard A. Brown announced that Francisco ("K-Rod") Rodriguez is expected to surrender Wednesday morning, September 22, 2010, to the Queens District Attorney's NYPD Squad and be arraigned in Part AR1 of Queens Criminal Court on a criminal complaint charging him with violating an order of protection by sending his girlfriend dozens of text messages.
Queens Criminal Court is located at 125-01 Queens Boulevard in Kew Gardens, Queens.
It should be noted that a criminal complaint is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
