Straphangers Campaign Releases Subway Report
NEW YORK (CBS 2 / WCBS 880) -- LIRR riders aren't the only ones dealing with late trains. The Straphangers Campaign came out with the subway's report card Wednesday.

For the second year in a row, the 7 line was found to be the best of the 21 subway lines and the C was rated the worst.
The rankings are based on car breakdowns, car cleanliness, and adequacy of announcements in the subway.
