Gov. Hochul Signs Legislation Outlawing Fake Vaccine Cards
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Making fake COVID vaccine cards is now a crime in New York.
Gov. Kathy Hochul signed legislation Thursday that makes falsifying a card a misdemeanor.
It also creates a new felony crime of "computer tampering."
Punishment carries fines and possible jail time.
