Drivers Complain That Pothole Is Shredding Tires On Kosciuszko Bridge

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- There was a messy situation on the Kosciuszko Bridge on Monday night.

At least a dozen vehicles reported flat tires after hitting a sizeable pothole. It happened at around 8:30 p.m.

The Department of Transportation was on the bridge Monday night, working to fill the hole.

The Kosciuszko Bridge spans the Newtown Creek, connecting Greenpoint, Brooklyn with Maspeth, Queens.
