Citizen App Seeks 'Field Team Members' To Live Stream Breaking News Stories
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- If you use the app "Citizen," you have a chance at making some extra cash.
The app, which alerts residents of crimes and allows users to upload video, is looking for more so-called "field team members" to live stream breaking news stories.
The job pays $200 for eight hours.
A company spokesperson says it hopes to "model responsible broadcasting practices in situations when events are unfolding in real time."
