Tree Lighting Ceremony To Be Held At Bryant Park's Winter Village
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The Christmas tree at Bryant Park's Winter Village will light up for the holiday season Friday night.
This year's tree is a 50-foot Norway spruce that will be lit during a fireworks display.

Olympic-medalist Johnny Weir will be among the talented skaters to hit the ice rink for a special performance that will include live music.
The event gets underway at 6 p.m.

Ridgewood, New Jersey is also hosting its tree lighting Friday. It's scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at the train station.
And in Montclair the annual tree lighting event gets underway at 6 p.m. at Church Street Plaza.
