Police: Man Fatally Stabbed At Party In Bronx
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A 30-year-old man was stabbed to death at a party early Sunday morning in the Bronx.
Police told CBS2 the incident happened around midnight on Westchester Avenue in the Woodstock section of the Bronx.
Julian Washington, 30, of Manhattan, was found with stab wounds to the neck and torso after police responded to an assault at St. Mary Houses.
Washington was taken to Lincoln Hospital, where he died.
Police arrested 35-year-old Vernon Hubbard of the Bronx in Washington's death.
Hubbard has been charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation is ongoing.
