With the locals having Wednesday night off, Jerry Recco got his update underway by looking ahead to Thursday's winner-take-all Game 5 of the NLDS between the Mets and the Dodgers out in Los Angeles.

From Terry Collins saying a win would be "gravy," to Matt Harvey letting his skipper know that he is available out of the bullpen if needed, Jerry had a lot to work with.

Jerry also brought us up to speed on the latest on Lamar Odom after his recent brothel visit ended with the former NBA star being hospitalized. In addition, the word is Giants' tight end Daniel Fells' condition is improving as he battles MRSA.
