Boomer & Carton: Jets Fall Hard To The Texans

After getting off to a 4-1 start, the Jets fell to 5-5 Sunday afternoon with a brutal 24-17 setback to the Houston Texans.

Craig was understandably upset, but not with Ryan Fitzpatrick. The Jets' gutty signal-caller did throw two late interceptions, but proved his worth, returning strong after reconstructive thumb surgery and he certainly wasn't helped much by numerous dropped passes and other mishaps courtesy of his teammates.

Like his radio partner, Boomer doesn't think all of the blame should end up at the feet of Fitzpatrick, but did acknowledge there is plenty of blame to go around.

So, it was a Jets-heavy show open on the Football Monday edition of the Morning Extravaganza.
