Boomer & Carton: A Disappointing Debut For Mets And Much More

The Mets started the 2016 season with a loss, falling to the World Champion Royals 4-3 on Sunday night in Kansas City.

The game left Boomer with a bad taste on his mouth.

Yoenis Cespedes had a rough go of it, dropping a fly ball in the first inning and then striking out to end the game in the ninth with the tying run on third base.

So needless to say it was there that the Dynamic Radio Duo got their Monday morning started.

Not to be left out, the Yankees were also mentioned as they are scheduled to open their season in the Bronx on Monday afternoon, though wintry weather could have a say in things.
