Brooklynites who are running the marathon can head to Faro the night before the big run for a variety of seasonal pasta dishes. Chef and owner Kevin Adey is serving up eight different pastas that are prepared with grains milled in-house for maximum freshness. Chef Adey's housemade gluten-free pasta can be substituted for any of the wheat ones on the menu. Happy carbo loading!
