B&C Morning Show: Updating The Masses
Jerry Recco's first update of the morning had a little bit of everything, beginning with the Knicks' collapse in Indiana last night.
After building a 17-point lead in the third quarter, the Knicks could not finish the job, despite a season-high 39 points from Carmelo Anthony. In Philadelphia the Rangers made it official. After downing the Flyers 5-3, the Blueshirts clinched the #1 seed in the Eastern Conference and head coach John Tortorella was so excited, while Hendrik Lundqvist feels great pride.
Plus, the Devils beat the Islanders 3-1, the Mets beat the Yankees in 'walk-off' fashion thanks to Ike Davis, Ivan Nova pitched for the Yankees and called yesterday the worst day of his life and Baylor beat Notre Dame to capture the woman's college basketball National Championship...
