B&C Morning Show: Subway Series Too Much For Mets To Handle
After watching their beloved Mets get man-handled in the Bronx by the Yankees over the weekend, Boomer & Craig took their seats next to one another in the Allstate Studio early this Monday morning, ready to break it all down and do a little venting.
On the surface it would appear that these two team are heading in opposite directions, the Mets have lost 6 of their last 7 & with a record of 32-29, are 4.5 games out in the NL East. Meanwhile the Yankees have won 6 of their last 7 & are just a 1/2 game out on the AL East with a 34-25 record. So I guess they are heading in opposite directions.
The guys talked about the Mets struggles and wondered if this is the beginning of the end of the 'Amazins' of merely a bump in the road??
Not to be lost, the Yankees appear to have begun a streak of dominance we've come to expect from the Bombers, so hold-on.
