B&C Morning Show: Losing Is Contagious; Jets, Giants Fall
As is the norm here Monday's on the Boomer & Carton Morning Extravaganza, the Dynamic Radio Duo began the day talking about plight's of both the Jets and the Giants after Sunday's action on the gridiron.
The Jets lost in New England 30-21, Gang Green's third-straight loss dropping them to 2-3 after yet another Super Bowl prediction by their boisterous Head Coach.
The Giants lost a heart breaker at home to the Seahawks, the freakin' Seahawks and this morning Big Blue is feeling just that, Blue. The loss dropped them to 3-2, but yesterday's loss was a tough one to swallow.
Boomer had many ways of describing the day, 'Rally Monday' - for the players...'Miserable Monday' - for the fans...and 'Pick-Up the Pieces' Monday for the Coaches.
Anyway you cut it, if you root for the Jets or the Giants it is a gloomy Monday morning. The Jets saw their 'vaunted' defense manhandled in Foxboro, the Giants lost to a team lead by Charlie Whitehurst at home and Boomer & Craig covered it all to get things started today...
