B&C Morning Show: Kickin' Off A Football Friday Right
The Dynamic Radio Duo began today's Football Friday edition of the Boomer & Carton Morning Experience all sorts of fired up.
Boomer because his Rangers beat the Anaheim Ducks in a shootout - but Craig's excitement didn't stem from the Blueshirts' performance (studies have show that very few people actually care about hockey) he was fired up about the great weekend of football that lies ahead, highlighted by an AFC East match-up between the Jets & the Bills in Orchard Park and 'Eli-te' Eli Manning & the 5-2 Giants heading to Foxboro to face the Pats.
Don't get me wrong, Boomer was pumped up for the football too, but the fact that he is crazy about the Rangers tends to consume him at times.
Anyway, the Giants are dealing with some injuries to Ahmad Bradshaw - which means the Big Blue will be counting on disgruntled Brandon Jacobs to carry the load - and Hakeem Nicks - who is nursing a hamstring - while Jets veteran running-back LaDainian Tomlinson is calling Sunday's Bills game 'do-or-die.'
As for Craig, he is calling the Giants game against the Patriots, a game that Tom Coughlin's team can't possibly win. Boomer wouldn't go that far, but admitted the Giants certainly have an uphill battle ahead of them...
