The Giants went to Green Bay over the weekend, thoroughly dominated the Packers and by doing so earned themselves a trip to the NFC Championship game on Sunday.

Before getting to the Giants-49ers match-up in San Francisco, Boomer & Craig reflected on the Giants 37-20 triumph led by Eli Manning - who with the win tied Mark Sanchez as the only NFL quarterbacks to earn 4 road, playoff wins.

Craig referred to the run the Giants are currently on as the '2011-12 Redemption Tour' while Boomer said yesterday's win in Lambeau was 'freakin' fabulous'.

Despite being on the bad end of a couple of questionable calls, the Giants were able to persevere and Boomer & Craig had nothing but praise for Eli Manning - whose 330-yard, 3 TD performance was highlighted by a 37-yard 'Hail Mary' to Hakeem Nicks as time expired in the first-half.

Speaking of 'Hail Mary's' - Tim Tebow saw his magical run thwarted by Tom Brady and the Patriots, as they beat down the Broncos 45-10.  It will be the Ravens (beat the Texans 17-13) & the Pats in the AFC Championship.

So when the dust settled, we saw Drew Brees and Aaron Rodgers get ousted from the playoffs, while Brady & Eli moved on (along with Flacco & Alex Smith).

Not to be left-out, Boomer offered some encouraging words for Jets fans with regards to their quarterback Mark Sanchez in relation to 49ers signal caller Alex Smith.

So on this bitterly cold January morning , Boomer & Craig warmed things up by talking sports like only they can...
