B&C Morning Show: Giants And Jets Both Lose Ugly... Now What?
What can you say? After all of the buildup, the Giants and Jets go out and play uninspired, unwatchable football and as a result have uncertain futures as far as the playoffs are concerned. If both teams win out, they can make the playoffs -- but the problem is they play one another this Saturday, which happens to be Christmas Eve.
'Tis the Season.'
Boomer & Craig opened up this Monday morning program talking about the embarrassing losses (Redskins 23-Giants 10...Eagles 45-Jets 19) and what they mean in the big picture of the NFL landscape.
Both games had their share of storylines - none of them good - so therefore the dialogue between the Dynamic Duo was predominately negative. With that said, although he would not admit it - I believe the Booms was thrilled to have his 'best-friend' back by his side as Craig took a brief hiatus at the tail-end of last week.
So with Craig feeling good and refreshed, Boomer happy to have his little buddy back in the fold and the Giants & the Jets both coming off hideous losses and on a collision course to meet at MetLife Stadium this Saturday (it's a home game for the Jets) with a whole lot on the line - anticipation and excitement filled the Allstate Studio as the Dynamic Radio Duo did their thing...
