8/26 CBS2 Saturday Morning Weather Headlines

Good Saturday morning folks! It's gonna be a fantastic summer weekend with tons of sun and a bit less humidity than Friday.

Expect sunny skies with a high of 89 in NYC, maybe some low 90s inland, and mid 80s at the beaches. We'll repeat things tomorrow with similar temps and sky conditions.

If you have any plans to get out of town to the mountains or the beaches, you'll be in great shape - just beware of strong rip currents at the area beaches.

We'll keep the warmth goin' into the week ahead with temps staying well above normal with mainly dry conditions. Just a few passing showers midweek but they don't look like washouts.
