7/8 CBS2 Wednesday Morning Weather Headlines

Good Morning All,

Another summer scorcher is on the way and don't forget the umbrella! Today will feel hot & humid again. Expect plenty of moisture in the air with a high of 89° and real feel temperatures in the 90s.

This unstable atmosphere combined with a passing cold front could lead to some severe weather throughout the day, including thunderstorms and heavy rain, particularly in the late afternoon and evening.

And although the temperatures do dip down a little bit for Thursday with a high around 80 degrees, you shouldn't rule out the chance for some scattered showers.

Friday though is when the week begins to improve with a high of 85° and sunnier skies, setting us up for a warm bright weekend.
