7/6 CBS2 Monday Evening Weather Headlines

Good evening all,

Today, we had a seasonal summer day temperature-wise even if the day was mostly cloudy. We hit a high of 83° in Central Park and are expecting a low of 71° tonight with mainly overcast skies.

A weak warm front finishes making its way through our area tomorrow leaving us with the chance for spotty showers and maybe even a thunderstorm and a high of 85°.

Tuesday evening remains hazy and overcast with a low of 71°. And Wednesday is shaping up to be the heat of the week with 88° for a high and the chance for isolated potentially heavy rain and thunderstorms as a cold front passes.

You could continue to see some wet weather Thursday, but by Friday, the skies start to clear with mostly sunny skies and a high of 86°.
