6/1 CBS2 Monday Evening Weather Headlines
By Giorgio Panetta,
CBS2 Chief Meteorologist/Weather Producer
Good Evening Everyone,
It's been a really wet morning, and a pretty dismal afternoon compared to a summery week last week. We've been stuck in the 50s all day except for a few 60s south.
Ironically, just to our south where some clear air resides, temps popped into the 80s, which then trigged thunderstorms... a vicious atmospheric cycle.
Rain will spread across the Tri-State throughout the night. Expect some rain into the morning commute as well.
Tomorrow will be similar to today with cooler temps, cloudy skies and rain. It looks to be heaviest in the morning again with lighter activity in the afternoon.
Wednesday is a better one with clearing skies and milder temps. Check back in soon for the updated forecast and things are changing rapidly...
