5/16 CBS2 Monday Afternoon Weather Headlines

It's another breezy one out there, but unlike yesterday, we'll see more in the way of sun. Temps this afternoon will max out in the mid 60's or so.

We'll see fair skies tonight, but it won't be as breezy and chilly. Temps will fall into the low 50's by daybreak.

A couple of systems will merge over our area tomorrow and we'll see shower activity to the north with rain to the south; the city's best chance of showers/rain will be late in the afternoon and at night. As for highs, they'll be in the mid to upper 60's.

Higher pressure will try to nudge its way in on Wednesday, but we'll still need to leave in a rain chance from the city and south. Temps should climb into the mid to maybe even upper 60's if we see enough sun.

As for Thursday, expect more sunshine with highs in the low 70's.
