4/8 CBS2 Friday Afternoon Weather Headlines
Justin Lewis
CBS2 Meteorologist
We'll see a mix of sun and clouds this afternoon. Odds are we won't see much (if any) in the way of shower activity, but at the same time, we can't rule one out. As for temps, they'll be a touch cooler in the low 50's... a little breezy, too.
We'll stay dry tonight, but we'll see some extra cloud cover towards dawn. Lows tonight will be in the mid to upper 30's.
Clouds will fill in tomorrow with rain and eventually some snow. The heavier precip looks to stay south while the best chance of seeing any snow will be inland. Where we see snow, we're only expecting a trace to an inch or two. It will be breezy with winds out of the east and north with highs in the low 40's.
As for Sunday, it will be rather chilly around sunrise with temps near and below freezing. We'll manage to rebound into the mid 40's or so, but we'll still be running about 10-15° below normal for this time of the year.
