3/13 CBS2 Friday Morning Weather Headlines
By Giorgio Panetta
CBS2 Chief Meteorologist/Weather Producer
Good morning all,
It's cold again for most of us! Yet again, radiation cooling has allowed for temps to peel off the thermometer especially outside of NYC. Some teens are forecasted in the Hudson Valley. Grab the coat for those temps!
Overall, Friday will be near seasonal in the mid- and upper 40s.
We have rain set to hit us early Saturday morning. After midnight, showers encroach from the southwest, but overrun the entire area by dawn. A decent soaking is forecast with around an inch possible.
Due to the snowpack we could have some excess runoff and localized flooding. Clear your drainage prior to Saturday!
Sunday is looking salvageable with a mix of sun and clouds. Monday, another nice one topping off in the mid 50s.
Check back in soon for the latest.
