23-Year-Old Man Shot, Wounded In Chelsea
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for a gunman who left a man fighting for his life in Chelsea.
A 23-year-old man was shot in the stomach on 17th Street near Ninth Avenue around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, CBS2 reported.
The gunman, who was wearing a sweater and a mask, ran away from the scene, investigators said.
The victim is listed in critical condition.
Police have not released a motive for the shooting.
