Morning Everyone!
As you step out the door this morning you should notice one thing...it's not nearly as cold today! A warm front is lingering nearby and keeping temps relatively comfortable. You might also notice a misty feel. There are some sprinkles around this morning embedded in a few residual clouds, but no fear they will be out of here by mid morning.
Expect a greater amount of sunshine this afternoon. PM temps will be in the 40s.
