Good morning!
The temps are not as cold as yesterday morning, and the weather is a whole lot better for driving. Skies are clearing to the north of NYC, but around the coast, expect some for to begin.
The fog WILL lift however, only to be slapped in by some clouds later on in the afternoon.
There will also be rain in those clouds come evening. Expect some drizzle after 8 p.m., followed by a brief period of steadier rain overnight. But it does clear for your New years Eve.
