12/14 CBS2 Monday Evening Weather Headlines
By Giorgio Panetta
CBS2 Chief Meteorologist/Weather Producer
Good evening everyone!
Another warm day was upon us we had a high temperature of 65° -- only 2° shy of the record at 67. To backtrack for a second, we hit 67° yesterday and shattered our previous record of 64 setback in 1923.
Rain, however, is the silver lining, unfortunately, to this forecast. We are under the influence of a warm front lifting well north and giving us a handful of showers tonight into your overnight hours.
It will remain mild overnight, however, for your day tomorrow. Expect more sunshine on the clearing conditions with a stiff breeze from the south.
Tomorrow's high -- 60°. Have a great night everyone.
