Dangerous cold has gripped the area again. Some of our wake up chills will be in the negative digits. New York City, we could wake up to a real feel temperature of 2 to 5°!
Things will warm up only slightly this afternoon. Afternoon real feel temperatures will be in the teens.The actual thermometer will not hit the freezing mark.
