11/1 CBS2 Sunday Morning Weather Headlines

Good Sunday morning folks, and welcome to November! It's gonna be a chilly start to the morning but not as cold as yesterday morning. There is also a slim chance for a few passing showers this morning. The NYC Marathon looks OK for now, but it'll be a cloudy and cool start. Clouds start breaking up mid afternoon and we'll get into the mid 60s for a high.

There's a storm system that will move cross-country and through the Mid-Atlantic states. As of now it looks like the bulk of the rain will stay south, but any jog north will mean more rain and cooler temps. We'll be mainly cloudy with low 60s Monday.

We'll get a real treat midweek as temps climb to the low 70s! Our normal high this time of year is mid-upper 50s, so temps will be much warmer than they should be. Let's enjoy it while we can because winter is creeping closer. Have a great day!
