Happy Halloween!
Mostly sunny skies today with increasing clouds into tonight. After highs in the upper 50s this afternoon, we'll see temps dropping into the low and mid 50s by 8pm. Perfect weather for trick-or-treating! If you're headed out to Game 4 of the World Series, much less windy than last night.
Lows overnight not as cold, upper 40s in the city and upper 30s for some of the NW suburbs. Don't forget to "fall back" before heading to bed and set those clocks back an hour as Daylight Savings Time comes to an end. Sunset tomorrow will be before 5 o'clock... 4:53 PM to be exact!
Sunday is looking like a mainly cloudy day, especially in the morning. There is the slightest chance of a shower or sprinkle early, mainly north and west of the city. But for the most part, it'll stay dry. Temps in the upper 40s and low 50s to start out the NYC Marathon. Then its a warmer afternoon tomorrow, with a high of 65 in the city.
To start off the work week, we're watching as a system moves by to our south. The trend has been for a dry day, but a little jog to the north could throw some showers our way. Either way, the rest of the week is looking fantastic! How about 70 degrees for the first week of November?! Plenty of sun and warmth headed our way midweek.
Check back in soon and have a fun, safe Halloween!
