The South Jersey Transportation Authority on Wednesday approved the $500,000 a year payment under the 15-year agreement, which takes effect on July 1.
Laqueebah Murray, 29, of Newark was shot near 78 North Munn Avenue around 11:35 p.m. Wednesday, officials said. She died shortly after at University Hospital.
