Police: At least 1 St. Paul officer fires weapon near St. Paul Cub Foods

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating what it's calling a "use-of-force" incident that happened in the vicinity of a Cub Foods in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood of St. Paul Friday afternoon.
