MN House members still getting paid amid boycott
The power dispute in the state House is before the Minnesota Supreme Court again. House Republicans filed a lawsuit claiming Secretary of State Steve Simon is over-stepping his authority. He's the presiding officer in the House until they pick their own leaders. The GOP says his actions have kept them from compelling Democrats back to the House and fining them for their absence. As Caroline Cummings reports, they can't stop them from getting paid.
