Wis. Driver Dies After Hitting Horse, Buggy
WITHEE, Wis. (AP) — A driver who struck a wayward horse and buggy has died in Clark County.
Sheriff's officials say 29-year-old Thai Vue was killed Saturday about 11 p.m. when the vehicle he was driving hit the horse and buggy on Highway 29 in the Town of Withee.
Authorities say no one was driving the buggy because the horse had broken away from a place where it had been tied up earlier.
Vue was the only one in the vehicle. Investigators say he was from the Sheboygan area.
