Washington Avenue Reopened In Mpls. After Heavy Police Presence
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Washington Avenue in downtown Minneapolis has reopened.
The road was closed at 3rd Street early Tuesday morning after a heavy police presence was in the area.
Minneapolis police are not releasing information as to why the road was shut down.
