Survey: For The Best Night's Sleep, Go To Bed At 9:39 P.M.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - According to a new OnePoll survey, Americans who go to bed at 9:39 p.m. have the best night's sleep.

Two-thirds said they need a comfy blanket in hand and a cool room.

Not eating before bed, and being in a silent room with some light on are also key.
