Rochester Police: Missing Teen Nicolai Allen Found Safe
UPDATE: Police say Nicolai Allen was found Tuesday afternoon.
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Rochester Police Department is asking for help finding Nicolai Allen, a 16-year-old last seen on Saturday.
Police say he left his home on his bike around 7 p.m. He is described as 5-feet-6-inches tall and weighs roughly 115 pounds. On Saturday, Allen was wearing a black hoodie and possibly red shoes.
