Police Investigating After Brooklyn Park Child, 6, Dies
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Brooklyn Park police are investigating after a 6-year-old child was found unconscious Saturday evening and later died.
According to Brooklyn Park police, officers were dispatched at 8:56 p.m. to the 9200 block of Queens Garden North after receiving a report of an unconscious child. When first responders arrived, they performed CPR on the child.
The victim was then taken to North Memorial Hospital and later died.
Police say a death investigation is ongoing. The victim has not been identified.
