Orionid Meteor Shower
The Orionid Meteor shower peaks out this weekend. In the early morning hour before twilight, you may see 20 to 30 meteor or "shooting stars" an hour in the country. You also have a chance to see a few in the city lights.
Lie back in a lawn chair and roll your eyes all around the sky. It's called the Orionid meteor shower because the the "tails" of the meteors point back in the general direction of the constellation Orion.
